Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration of the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Calvary Connection, LLC when you are a member of one of our communities you will be at home amongst believers who desire to unite and strengthen their relationship with Christ.

We provide top level fitness training and coaching that is personalized to each client’s abilities and capabilities.
Our goal is to deliver scientifically sound and results driven fitness and nutrition programs. We strive to provide you with a positive and memorable experience.
We created a health and fitness environment where every member is accepted, respected and valued.
Our desire is to help women with personal development and empowerment so that they live authentically and inline with their identities in Christ. We want you to use the gifts God has given you to live a fulfilled life.
Our members gather as believers to praise God, listen to Him, respond to His call and nurture one another.

A place where we honor God by taking care of our bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
A place where we understand 1 Timothy 4:8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
A place that understands that physical training, balanced nutrition, reducing stress, improving sleep, working on our personal development and becoming personally empowered allows to be healthy and of sound mind in order to do Gods work.

Training Philosophy

Keep moving forward, show up as your maximum selves and love thyself throughout your journey. Life will present you with obstacles and challenges to your mind, body and spirit. Train in manner to overcome these obstacles and conquer these challenges.
Understand that you have been equipped by God with all you need in order to be successful. Move forward with confidence that you can and will achieve your health and fitness goals as long as you continue to take action towards them.

Ascension Fitness & Coaching, DBA is a fitness and lifestyle coaching company that is designed for the modern Christian woman. We provide online personal training (program purchase with e coaching and live virtual options) for General Strength and Conditioning and Weight Loss. We also offer lifestyle coaching packages to meet your health and fitness goals. All coaching programs are offered via phone or live virtual.

Our live in person programs are offered for General Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss, and Post Rehabilitation. We currently serve Brick, Toms River, Point Pleasant, Manchester and Howell. If you are out of this service area please speak with our enrollment specialist regarding our live virtual personal training options.

Kingdom Women Coaching, DBA is a Christian coaching company that caters to todays Christian Women. This is a safe space for women who are looking to deepen their relationship with God and find a way to deal with secular issues from a spiritual place. Kingdom Women Coaching offers individual coaching with an emphasis on spiritual direction. We also offer workshops, seminars, and courses for personal development and empowerment.

We are currently offering a 20 week personal development and empowerment course. Project Source covers 14 women from the bible, our identity in Christ, our weapons against the enemy, prayer and hearing God speak to us, church and community, marriage and Christian family, and your testimony. We will also cover some tried and true secular coaching methods and topics to strengthen our personal and professional self. We will cover topics such as; commitment and priorities, quality of life, procrastination, facing our fears, our needs and rights, character defects and negative behaviors, regrets, balancing negative self image, resentments and reparations, social identity, assertiveness, affirmations, authentic self, relationship with self, God and others, and strength and confidence. This course meets once weekly for 3.0 hr. for seminar/workshop and once weekly for 1.0 hr. for bible study. You will also receive 5 monthly coaching calls to focus on your progress and set and review action plans. This course offers unlimited text and email support.

Sisters Saints & Soldiers, DBA is our women's ministry. We are currently in the process of launching and look forward to a fruitful God centered fellowship
